Responsibilities
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Python-based systems for dispatching, patrolling, and positioning advice.
• Work on simulations of emergency response processes, focusing on improving performance and accuracy.
• Handle change requests from customers, ensuring timely and efficient updates to the product.
• Utilize spatial functions (Pandas) for data analysis and decision-making processes.

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Python development.
• Strong expertise in Pandas and spatial functions.

What You’ll Do

Role Overview
Would you like to ride the current wave of Artificial Intelligence and sell into emergency response, roadside assistance, security and logistics?
We are seeking a proactive, relationship-focused Sales to generate new business and build genuine relationships, and get our team in front of decision-makers at prospective companies. Your primary goal will be to identify and engage key stakeholders, demonstrate the value of our AI solution, and close deals that expand our footprint in target industries. While our existing salesperson is highly organized and skilled at follow-up and proposals, this role emphasizes outreach, networking, and personal connections to foster stronger and deeper client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
    a. Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients in the security, roadside assistance, and emergency response sectors.
    b. Develop strategies to expand market presence and meet (or exceed) lead-generation targets.
  2. Building & Nurturing Relationships
    a. Act as the face of our company, creating personal connections with prospective customers.
    b. Conduct regular check-ins, presentations, and networking events to cultivate long-term partnerships.
  3. Sales Strategy & Execution
    a. Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales goals, messaging, and product positioning.
    b. Develop and present proposals that address client-specific needs, highlighting the unique benefits of our AI-driven platform.
  4. Negotiation & Closing
    a. Lead contract negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and lasting relationships.
    b. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through consistent pipeline management and proactive deal closure.
  5. Collaboration & Reporting
    a. Partner with the current salesperson to share insights, coordinate outreach, and streamline follow-up processes.
    b. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, providing regular updates on pipeline status and forecasting.

Qualifications
• Proven Sales Track Record: 3+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, AI, or related fields.
• Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to develop personal connections and nurture client relationships over the long term.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Comfortable presenting and demonstrating solutions to stakeholders at all levels; adept at negotiation and closing deals.
