How we train our AI Models
We start by training the models with the historical data of our customer and syntetic data generated by our Data Factory. Syntetic data are necessary since historical data are limited: they encompass only the situations and conditions experienced by the customer. How the Live AI based Optimization Models work
The live optimization algorithms leverage real-time data, dynamic risk prediction models, and simulations to anticipate several steps into the future. Drawing on insights learned from synthetic training data, the models rapidly identify which future trajectories are most likely to result in favorable outcomes. The operational decision or recommendation is then selected based on which option statistically maximizes the likelihood of keeping the customer on those desirable future paths.
How the Planning and Policy Assistants work
The customer can experiment with different configurations and select those that appear most promising. Each chosen configuration is then rigorously evaluated through the simulation of up to 1,000 scenarios. The model aggregates and analyses the outcomes of these evaluations to generate an AI-Assisted Report. This interactive report allows the customer to explore results, ask questions, and receive strategic and policy-related guidance.

Data Upload & Analysis
Upload you historical operational data into the Simulator. Data are then processed and analysed to enable the simulation of scenarios

Playback
Playback your past shifts. Observe how your team performed on a specific date and time, study their behaviour and spot inefficiencies

Configuration
Play with parameters to configure a desired risk profile. Start the simulation to observe one of your possible futures. Once you have tried different configurations, select those that you’re interested in using for the Evaluation Runs.

Evaluation Runs
Between 500 and 1000 scenario simulations are carried out for each of the selected configurations

Reporting
The interactive AI system will assist you in analyzing and presenting simulation results. The intuitive and detailed reports help you understand the impact of each scenario and support strategic decision-making
