Proven in national infrastructure, not in a pilot

Dispatch OS has been live in production since 2020, running incident management across every national road in the Netherlands. These are the organisations that trust it, and the results they get.

How AI planning helped the Dutch Road Authority cut incident response time by 22%

Rijkswaterstaat manages every national road in the Netherlands. Incidents are constant, unpredictable, and expensive: every minute a lane stays blocked costs money, raises risk, and adds emissions.

Reaching incident sites faster

With AI planning we reduce the time to reach traffic incident sites, by preparing road inspectors for the next incident and streamlining the response when one occurs.

Road inspectors now reach incident sites more than 20% faster. In addition, 256,000 phone calls a year between inspectors and traffic centres are no longer needed, because the information arrives on the device before the call would have been made.

The system is used for incident management across all national roads in the Netherlands, and has been running in production since 2020.

Proactive positioning

Inspectors are advised where to patrol so they are already close when the next incident lands.

Instant best-match dispatch

Traffic controllers see the best inspector for each incident immediately, instead of working it out by phone.

One shared picture

Control room and field see the same live status, so coordination calls simply stop being necessary.

Where Dispatch OS runs

Five industries, one operating system

The mix of planned and unplanned work differs by sector. The operating system does not.

Emergency response

Traffic incident management and road authority operations, where response time is the whole game.

Roadside assistance & towing

High volumes of unpredictable breakdowns, mixed technician skills, and tightening SLAs.

Security & surveillance

Patrol coverage and alarm response balanced against scheduled rounds.

Maintenance & repair

Planned maintenance interrupted by breakdowns that cannot wait for the next window.

Logistics & airport handling

Tight turnaround windows where a single delay cascades across the whole operation.

Security & Compliance
ISO 27001 certified

ISO-certified and BIO-compliant. Security isn't a feature we added, it's how we built the whole thing.
